ConvoSell is a platform forged and operated by Emelum ("we", "us"). Emelum is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and through direct correspondence. Contact: hello@emelum.com.

Where ConvoSell processes end-customer conversations on behalf of a business customer, that business is the controller and Emelum acts as processor. Those terms are set out in our Data Processing Addendum.

We collect only what you send us. If you submit the demo request form, we hold your work email address and, where you provide them, your company name and monthly order volume. If you email us, we hold your address and the contents of that message. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, referrer, coarse location, device type).

We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.

To reply to your enquiries and arrange demonstrations (legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, pre-contract steps at your request), to deliver and support the platform to business customers (legal basis: contract), and to understand how the site is used (legal basis: consent). Analytics only runs after you accept via the cookie banner.

Correspondence and demo requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange, or longer where a contract, tax rule, or legal claim requires it. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Customer conversation data processed through the platform is retained for the term of the customer agreement and deleted on termination as described in the DPA.

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run ConvoSell — hosting, model inference, email delivery, and analytics — and only to the extent required. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. The current sub-processor list is in the DPA.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@emelum.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
